We are offering office space for leasing. Currently we have 3 offices available, average room size 15’x 15’.
Each office opens up into a spacious hallway with access to men’s and women’s bathrooms close by and a window to enjoy seeing outside.
Our spacious gathering room is approxately 40’ x 40’ and can seat up to 120 people. We provide the sound system, surround sound, overhead projector, and microphone system. A great space for special events such as weddings, bridal/baby showers, birthdays, etc.
Adjacent to the gathering room is our kitchen that includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer that can be used for caterers or bring your own food to serve. Also includes a large opening to serve food from the kitchen into the large reception/gathering room.
Right next to our kitchen is our coffee/conference room that provides a place for a nice quiet coffee break or for more private conversations/meetings.
